a week in the life....

Wow, its been a crazy week. I haven't taken any pictures this week, but I did last week, so we'll start with that.
Last Thursday we went to Jackie and Emily's place and went to the indoor pool with the kiddies.
As usual, Kaylee loved being in the water.
There were lots of floats, but Kaylee seemed to really like the bear.
Awww big hugs for our friend Emily.
Smile for the camera please Levys.
Christina and Henry were there as well, Henry loved the water, as long as he could cling to his Mommy. Phoebe and Sophie were there as well, but I guess I didn't manage to snap a photo of them.
Then on Friday, we had an Italian dinner at Phoebe/Ron/Sophie's house. Daddy played with the girls while the table was set and last minute preparations were done. I didn't help though, Phoebe is most definitely the "hostess with the mostess."
Emily and her parents were there as well, and while the adults ate at the table, the girls tried out an indoor picnic style dinner.
I didn't think Kaylee would do very well at that...but she did just fine.
So the adults could finish dessert, we put the electronic babysitter on for the girls...even though Sophie isn't a big Sesame Street fan, she allowed her guest to choose the programming, so Kaylee was enthralled and not at all paying attention to her hostess.
On Saturday, G-Pa Ron came down for a visit, although Kaylee seems to be settling on "Gumpa" as a name for him.
We played outside since it was so nice.
And I even managed to snag some photographic evidence of Ron's visit, for a change!
Of course, even a visit from "Gumpa" doesn't negate the need for Sesame Street, but luckily Ron didn't mind watching with her.
Well that's it. We've had a really busy week, but apparently I haven't bothered with the camera. So you'll have to settle with what I give ya.

Presumably, not even a nuclear explosion could separate Nate from his shows of choice (of which Sesame Street is one)...

=)

Those pesky two-year-olds and their proclivities!
